7. Returns and Exchanges
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at sales@staged.film with details of the product and the defect. If issued with a return address, please carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product or provide a refund using the original method of payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staged Film Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
